New Board President Ken Knight seeks greater support for mission
New Unity House Board President Ken Knight said he wants more people to know of the important work the organization does.
“We need to continue to broaden our exposure, to share the importance of the services we provide,” said Ken, who joined the board in 2012 and served as vice president until he was elected president in June. “Unity House should continue to be a leader in our community.”
When more people know about Unity House’s work and mission, more people will support it, and that will allow the organization to support more people in need, he said.
“I look forward to working with Liz and the rest of the board,” Ken said. “We have a wonderful relationship and a strong group dynamic. I see that continuing.”
