Corporate Compliance at Unity House

Woman in Accessible bathroom pointing to support track on the ceilingWe're committed to providing safe, appropriate, high-quality services to our program participants while preventing fraud, waste and abuse in all of our programs.

Our ethical standards, training, practices and the quality of our services are monitored by our Quality Assurance Department and our Corporate Compliance Officer.

An effective compliance program requires the commitment of all Unity House employees, contractors, directors, outside vendors and other stakeholders. New employees and board members receive training as part of their orientation. They also receive ongoing training to ensure that they understand their roles and obligations under the organization's Corporate Compliance Program.

The Corporate Compliance Program is overseen by a committee which consists of Unity House's:

  • Chief Executive Officer
  • Chief Compliance Officer
  • Chief Operating Officer
  • Chief Finance Officer
  • At least three members of the Board of Directors
