Staff and peer support in people's homes and communities. Person-centered, recovery-oriented and mobile, the support empowers people to develop and achieve life goals so that they can build skills, self-confidence and independence.
Certified Treatment Apartments - Cayuga County
Transitional housing in apartments throughout the city of Auburn, NY. Services include rehabilitative counseling and support, daily living skills development, medication monitoring and community integration. Mental health treatment residents enter the program by self-referral or referrals from a mental health provider.
Independent Supportive Housing - Cayuga, Tompkins and Wayne Counties
This housing solution establishes and maintains safe and affordable permanent housing for people living with mental illness. It provides long-term housing options coupled with individual support services designed to achieve success.
Services include case management, assistance finding open-market housing, security deposits and housing stipends, furnishings, budgeting monthly expenses, and connections to community supports.
Unity Employment Services (UES) - Cayuga, Ontario, Seneca & Wayne Counties
Support needed to prepare for and find competitive, meaningful employment. Services include: supported employment, job placement, employment preparation and benefits advisement.
Respite Care - Tompkins and Tioga Counties
Residential setting that provides emergent, temporary shelter to adult residents with a mental health diagnosis.
