Substance Use Disorder Services
Dedicated To The Recovery of People Suffering From Addiction.
GRACE House - Auburn, NY
An individual may choose to continue his or her recovery at GRACE House, a co-ed halfway house environment for 16 people. The length of stay is about 4-6 months, depending on each person's progress. Program staff work with the residents to develop a structured daily routine to aid in adjusting back to a life
free of drugs and alcohol.
Upon successful completion of the halfway house, individuals may transition to the GRACE House Supportive Living Facility (SLF), which provides a minimally-supervised apartment environment. This program lasts between six months to two years, and usually includes components of education, work, continuing recovery treatment, parenting skills, mental health treatment, volunteerism in the community, therapy, and more.
Some of these residents are parents with young children, who may visit them or live with them in the SLF.
Upon successful completion of the SLF, residents may move out into the community and are independent, contributing members of society.
