At Unity House, we believe that our employees are at the heart of our mission. Healthy employees help us empower people with disabilities.

That’s why we created Move in Unity, a work wellness program designed to support the physical, mental and emotional well-being of our employees.

What is Move in Unity?

Move in Unity encourages our staff to integrate healthier habits into their daily routines while maintaining a work-life balance. Centered around the 8 dimensions of wellness, Move in Unity offers a variety of activities and resources to promote our staff's overall well-being.

Annual Events

Throughout the year, Unity House employees participate in organization-wide challenges and log eligible 'Move in Unity' wellness activities to accumulate points. These points can be redeemed for:

    • Wellness time off

    • Gym membership reimbursement

    • Staff apparel credit

    • FSA prepaid funds
